The predicted salary is between 16 - 18 £ per hour.

Shifts:

  • Monday Wednesday: 2:00pm – 12:00am
  • Thursday: 2:00pm – 11:30pm
  • Friday: Off (unless overtime available)

Elevata are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead a team within its fabrication department. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong fabrication knowledge alongside proven supervisory experience.

The Role

  • Supervising and supporting fabrication staff on shift
  • Hands-on MIG and TIG welding where required
  • Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
  • Managing workflow, job priorities, and shift organisation
  • Enforcing health & safety procedures
  • Supporting and mentoring team members

Requirements

  • Proven MIG & TIG welding experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Background within sheet metal or fabrication environments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead from the front in a production setting
