Elevata are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead a team within its fabrication department. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong fabrication knowledge alongside proven supervisory experience.
The Role
- Supervising and supporting fabrication staff on shift
- Hands-on MIG and TIG welding where required
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Managing workflow, job priorities, and shift organisation
- Enforcing health & safety procedures
- Supporting and mentoring team members
Requirements
- Proven MIG & TIG welding experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Background within sheet metal or fabrication environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lead from the front in a production setting
