We are recruiting an experienced Valeter to join a busy, high-volume used car dealership team. This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are presented to an exceptional standard before going on sale or being handed over to customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with strong support from the preparation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior valeting of vehicles
- Jet washing, vacuuming, shampooing and polishing
- Using cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Completing pre-sale and handover valets
- Inspecting vehicles and reporting any defects
- Working to daily targets and turnaround times
- Supporting the wider prep centre when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous valeting or car wash experience (preferred, not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to a high standard under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Must be happy working in a fast-moving dealership environment
What You Get
- £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
- 42.5 hours per week over 5 days
