We are excited to announce the development of a brand-new day centre in Hounslow, West London , and we are looking for an experienced, proactive and motivated Deputy Manager to lead the establishment and development of this exciting new service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference and play a key role in building a service from the ground up .
About the Role As Day Centre Manager, you will work closely with our Operations Director to establish the centre, develop effective systems and processes, build strong professional relationships and help create a successful pipeline of referrals.
You will have the opportunity to shape the service from the beginning and help create a welcoming, high-quality and person-centred environment for the people we support.
?? Key Responsibilities Include: ?? Leading the establishment and development of the day centre
?? Supporting the development of policies, procedures and operational systems
?? Ensuring the centre is appropriately staffed and prepared for opening
?? Developing strong relationships with local authorities, social care and health professionals
?? Building effective referral pathways and increasing referrals
?? Promoting the service to relevant professionals, organisations and community groups
?? Attending networking events, meetings and community activities
?? Responding professionally to enquiries from referral partners, clients and families
?? Supporting assessments and helping ensure the service is ready to deliver high-quality care and support
?? Creating a positive, welcoming and person-centred environment
