We are looking for a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Day Centre Care Manager to lead the daily operations of our Day Centre in Barnet. As the Day Centre Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring activities, care, and support are delivered to the highest standards while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for every individual who attends.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Day Centre, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
- Lead, supervise, and support the Day Centre team through regular supervision, training, and performance management.
- Develop and review individual support plans and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, and company policies.
