We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager with a nursing qualification to lead a care home in Barnet. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and CQC standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and non-clinical staff teams.
- Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and wellbeing.
- Manage staffing levels, recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
- Monitor clinical governance, risk management, and safeguarding processes.

- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across the service.
- Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections.
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing clinical teams and care delivery.
- Demonstrable ability to achieve positive outcomes for residents and staff.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience managing nursing or dementia care services.
- History of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
