We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a care home in Barnet. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to take responsibility for the overall management of the service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding person-centred care while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in care home management, capable of inspiring teams, driving quality improvements, and ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and CQC standards.
- Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and wellbeing.
- Manage staffing levels, recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
- Monitor clinical governance, risk management, and safeguarding processes.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to support operational performance.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across the service.
- Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting is essential. A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements is required, along with domiciliary care experience and experience managing clinical teams and care delivery.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards) is preferred, as well as experience managing dementia care services and a history of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
