As the Day Centre Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring activities, care, and support are delivered to the highest standards while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for every individual who attends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Day Centre, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
- Lead, supervise, and support the Day Centre team through regular supervision, training, and performance management.
- Develop and review individual support plans and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, and company policies.
- Plan and coordinate engaging activities that promote social inclusion, independence, and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
- Monitor quality standards through audits, observations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:
- Previous management or supervisory experience within adult social care or a day service setting.
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding legislation.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (essential).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
