We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager with a nursing qualification to lead a care home in Barnet. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing clinical teams and care delivery.
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve positive outcomes for residents and staff.
Desirable
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
  • Experience managing nursing or dementia care services.
  • History of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
