About Eleva is a daily AI mental health platform for working adults who want to feel better, every day. We deliver personalised daily support, track real clinical outcomes, and connect users to professional care when they need it most. We are a small founding team building something we genuinely believe in, launching in the UK and growing fast.

We are looking for a freelance social media specialist to help us set up and manage our paid advertising on Instagram and TikTok. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at an exciting early stage of our growth.

What We Need

We need someone who can hit the ground running across two areas:

  • Account setup and configuration
    • Set up and correctly configure our Instagram and TikTok business accounts: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, pixel installation, tracking, and everything needed to run paid campaigns properly from day one.
  • Paid advertising management
    • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on both platforms. We need someone who knows how to make a small budget work hard — targeting the right audience, testing creatives, and optimising for conversions (waitlist signups and app downloads).
You Are
  • Experienced in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager — you have run campaigns on both platforms, not just one.
  • Confident setting up business accounts from scratch — pixels, tracking, audience configuration.
  • Comfortable working with small budgets and making them perform.
  • Detail-oriented — you track what matters, report clearly, and act on data.
  • Familiar with health, wellness, or lifestyle brands (a bonus, not a requirement).
  • Based in Europe — UK or Portugal preferred but not essential.
  • Fluent in English — Portuguese is a strong plus.
The Role
  • Freelance and remote — work from wherever you are.
  • Part-time — flexible hours, we care about results not time.
  • Initial focus: account setup and first campaign launch.
  • Ongoing: campaign management, weekly reporting, continuous optimisation.
  • Direct collaboration with our founding team.
