What you’ll be doing:
- Own the Norfolk & Suffolk desk – inherit warm client relationships and grow the pipeline.
- Drive new business – cold calls, spec CVs, LinkedIn outreach; headhunt rather than job board.
- Place mid‑to‑senior technical roles – Mechanical Engineers, Production Managers, Quality Engineers, Operations Directors, etc.
- Build long‑term client relationships – deliver results and maintain repeat business.
- Split responsibilities 60% existing clients, 40% new business (expected to grow new pipeline).
