We’re working with a well-established global engineering group that designs and manufactures specialist equipment used in regulated, high-spec environments – across manufacturing, scientific, and industrial sectors.
You’ll be leading from the front, still close to customers, but with real influence at leadership level.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing a UK-wide commercial team
- Owning strategy across pricing, margin, accounts, and growth channels
- Collaborating with ops and engineering to ensure smooth delivery
- Strengthening key customer and distributor relationships
- Driving pipeline performance and unlocking revenue growth
What You’ll Need:
- A strong B2B technical sales background
- 10+ years in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Exposure to engineered or regulated products — ideally valves, flow control, pneumatics, or similar
- Leadership experience – people, process, and commercial delivery
- Commercial acumen – pricing, forecasting, and margin management
