The reality: You’ll be part of the engineering backbone on site, supporting production, quality, and design teams to make sure everything runs as efficiently as possible.
Expect to:
- Lead and support CI activity across the shop floor
- Run root cause investigations and 8D reports

- Train and support operators on new builds and methods
- Drive 5S, lean and workflow improvements
