We are supporting a modern, refurbished independent practice in the Cheshire area. This position offers high income stability plus uncapped private revenue. Unlike high-volume corporate environments, this role focuses on clinical freedom and providing the tools necessary to move away from the "UDA treadmill."

The Role:
We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join the team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week, Fridays being a must). The practice has a stable UDA contract, but the focus of this role is on a clinician who is comfortable identifying and delivering private treatment plans alongside their NHS commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality general dentistry within a stable NHS contract.
- Identifying and upselling private opportunities (Bonding, Aligners, etc.) where clinically appropriate.
- Utilising onsite Trios Scanners to enhance patient conversion and digital workflows.
- Providing patient-focused care with a proactive, "growth-oriented" mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
- GDC registered with an active NHS performer number.
- Solid general dentistry skills with an interest in private growth.
