About this role Associate Dentist – Independent Mixed Practice, Wrexham (3–4 Days/Week)

50% private split with increasing demand for private treatments
~ No NHS targets – focus on quality over volume
~ On-site therapist (free to use) to support workflow
~ Digital scanners and modern equipment
~ FD training practice with a supportive clinical environment
~ Recently refurbished surgeries and waiting areas
~ We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join the team on a 3–4 day per week basis.
The current structure allows for condensed working days, giving you the option to have additional days off while maintaining strong earning potential.
This role would suit a clinician who is comfortable delivering NHS dentistry but is also interested in building private work alongside it over time.
Delivering high-quality general dentistry within a stable NHS contract
Identifying and offering private treatment options where appropriate
Working alongside therapists and clinicians to maximise efficiency
Confident delivering general NHS and private dentistry
Interest in developing private work
