Elev8 is a specialist recruitment business working exclusively across Design and Project Engineering in the UK.
We re looking for someone to take ownership of a recruitment desk with existing clients and relationships already in place.
So you won t spend your first six months staring at an empty CRM wondering where to start.
But you won t be handed a finished desk either.
You ll be expected to develop those relationships, win new business, build a strong candidate network and turn the opportunity in front of you into a consistently performing desk.

Nobody is going to spend their day checking how many calls you ve made or asking why you were away from your laptop for 15 minutes.
Equally, this isn t somewhere to hide.
There are targets.
We expect people to bill.
Business development matters.
Candidate relationships matter.
And you ll need the motivation to get on with things without somebody constantly pushing you.
