What you'll be doing
As Senior Quality Engineer, you'll support and improve the Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing.
Your work will include
- Leading customer complaint investigations and CAPA activities
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing lasting solutions
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Managing quality documentation and calibration activities
- Working with suppliers to improve quality performance
- Supporting process validation, verification and risk management
- Monitoring quality metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
- Partnering with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to improve quality throughout the business
What we're looking for
You'll already have experience within a Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role in a manufacturing environment.
You'll also bring experience with
- Quality Management Systems
- CAPA and root cause investigation
- Internal auditing
- Continuous improvement
- Reading engineering drawings and technical documentation
Experience within medical devices or ISO 13485 would be beneficial, but it's by no means essential.
Strong candidates from other regulated manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply.
