Internal Sales Executive Diss | Office based with some travel Up to £32,000 + bonus A lot of internal sales roles end up being order processing with a sales title attached. This isn’t one of them. This position is more commercially focused. The role is centred around growing product sales through distributors, dealers and industrial customers across the UK. Less sitting waiting for enquiries. More relationship building, account growth and proactive outreach. You’ll be working with technical products used within fabrication, engineering and industrial environments, so being comfortable speaking with customers properly matters. You do not need to be an engineer, but you will need enough technical understanding to build credibility. The role includes: * Building relationships with distributors and trade customers * Supporting product growth across existing and new accounts * Running sales and marketing campaigns * Handling technical product conversations and queries * Attending industry events and customer meetings * Managing activity through CRM The business are open on background. You could already be working in industrial, engineering or technical product sales. Equally, you might come from a more technical support or customer-facing background and want to move into a commercially focused role. What they are really looking for is someone who: * Picks things up quickly * Is proactive and organised * Can communicate confidently with customers * Is comfortable working independently * Wants a role with genuine long-term growth potential This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships and wants more ownership than a standard internal sales environment usually offers.
