What you\’ll be doing:

• Processing invoices, credit notes, and payments using Sage and an ERP system.
• Keeping the sales team organised by arranging meetings, bookings, and ensuring customers get a seamless experience.
• Chasing overdue invoices but in a way that keeps relationships strong.
• Sorting supplier invoices matching them up, filing them, and making sure everything balances.
• Helping out when its busy whether its answering calls or covering for colleagues.

What theyre looking for:

• Someone with previous accounts payable/receivable experience who knows their way around numbers.
• Sage experience if you\’ve worked with it before, thats a big plus.
• Someone whos proactive and can get things done without needing to be micromanaged.
