It is about owning the delivery of technically complex offshore engineering projects. You will take responsibility for projects from handover through to offshore installation, working on specialist systems used in well construction, riser infrastructure and subsea environments. The work is technically demanding and delivery focused, with real ownership of outcomes.
You will act as the focal point for complex engineering projects, coordinating internal engineering teams, suppliers and clients to ensure work is delivered safely, commercially and on schedule. Responsibilities will include:
- Owning projects from handover through to offshore installation
- Managing schedules, budgets and project milestones
- Coordinating engineering, design and operational teams
- Identifying and managing technical, commercial and schedule risk
- Leading project kick-off meetings and design reviews
- Managing suppliers, procurement and delivery timelines
- Presenting project progress to senior leadership
- Supporting technical proposals and bids where required
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers within the team
