About the Role:
- Lead a children’s home specialising in EBD placements, maintaining high care and safeguarding standards
- Develop individual care plans that reflect each child’s unique needs and strengths
- Recruit, induct and retain a strong staff team with support from central functions
- Embed a culture of consultation, key working and consistent relationships
- Manage the home’s quality, budgeting and performance – with clear organisational backing
- Work in partnership with families, professionals and agencies to create safe, stable placements

About You:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 Leadership and Management (preferred or willing to enrol within 6 months)
- At least 2 years’ residential experience, with 1 year+ in a supervisory role
- Confident understanding of the Quality Standards and SCCIF framework
