This is a trusted provider with excellent local authority relationships, now preparing to open a second home in nearby Warrington. About the Role:
β’ Oversee the operation of an established 3-bed EBD home
β’ Provide guidance and assurance around compliance, quality, and outcomes
β’ Work closely with the Registered Manager and support ongoing development
β’ Be involved in the expansion to a second home, currently in Ofsted application stage
β’ Attend and contribute to monthly governance and oversight meetings
