This is a trusted provider with excellent local authority relationships, now preparing to open a second home in nearby Warrington. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced RI to step into a stable, well-performing service and support its next stage of growth β€” with the potential to become a permanent leadership role if desired.

About the Role:

β€’ Oversee the operation of an established 3-bed EBD home

β€’ Provide guidance and assurance around compliance, quality, and outcomes

β€’ Work closely with the Registered Manager and support ongoing development

β€’ Be involved in the expansion to a second home, currently in Ofsted application stage

β€’ Attend and contribute to monthly governance and oversight meetings
