We're recruiting Senior Residential Support Workers for children's residential homes across Oxfordshire, supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
This opportunity would suit someone who understands the importance of consistency, positive relationships and calm leadership, and who enjoys supporting colleagues as much as the young people in their care.
About the Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the home, working alongside the wider team to create a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
- Supporting young people with complex needs through relationship-based, child-centred care
- Providing guidance and encouragement to Residential Support Workers
- Supporting the management team with daily routines, safeguarding and care planning

Senior Support Workers play a valuable part in maintaining a stable home environment. The focus is on working collaboratively, building positive relationships and helping the team respond thoughtfully to young people's individual needs.
It's also a natural next step for someone who enjoys mentoring colleagues and wants to build on their leadership experience.
