Operations Manager – Lead Growth and Quality Across a Growing Region Location: Dumfries – Regional role supporting services across Scotland Join a respected provider with a strong foundation of 10 established homes, now expanding further across Scotland. Working alongside the Director of Service and a peer Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading high-quality, trauma-informed care across multiple homes both existing and new.
