The current manager is stepping up to become the Responsible Individual, offering the incoming manager ongoing guidance and a thoughtful handover. With a highly experienced and settled staff team already in place, the focus is on continued quality, not crisis management.

- Maintain high standards in care planning, safeguarding, and daily operations
- Work closely with the new RI to ensure consistency and shared accountability

- Confident, resilient leader with a calm, reflective style
- Strong background in EBD residential childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Committed to sustainable leadership, staff development and therapeutic care
Why Join:
- £50,000 - £55,000 salary + performance-related Ofsted bonuses
- Flexible working options considered
- Supportive and experienced RI relationship
- Opportunity to help shape future expansion plans
