- Experience & Qualifications: Level 5 in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or working towards), 2+ years in a Registered Manager role or equivalent experience in the last 5 years, background in HSB or complex care preferred
- Personal Qualities: Calm, emotionally resilient and values-driven, skilled at building strong teams and positive cultures, clear, reflective and consistent in your leadership approach
