About the Role:

- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Experience leading and developing residential childcare teams
- A therapeutic, trauma-informed approach to leadership
- Confidence building positive relationships with children, families and professionals
- A commitment to participation, inclusion and children's rights
