Full-time £25,000-£30,000. Elephant Music Global, the home of Elephant Music, Split Music Publishing, and Subtle Energy, is seeking a brilliant Team Assistant. We specialise in scoring trailers for film, TV and gaming industries. We work on a lot of fun, global projects, and no two days are the same. Our Founder is always on the go, running multiple businesses and travelling to see clients all over the world. We are looking for a resourceful, dynamic and organised Team Assistant to keep things running smoothly in and out of the office.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Manage social media for the company, client and team gifting
- Oversee day-to-day basic office management
- Track music production deliverables and project timelines
- Coordinate between the creative team and external partners
- Support general admin across Elephant Music
Previous Office Assistant / Personal Assistant / Production Coordination experience required. Based in London (hybrid working). Comfortable picking up new processes quickly; a real interest in learning from a fast-paced team is essential.
