Company Description Eleos Clinic is dedicated to providing caring, responsive, and effective mental health support for children, adults, and families. The clinic focuses on evidence-informed approaches that respect each person’s unique needs and strengths. Services are designed to be accessible and collaborative, with an emphasis on long-term wellbeing rather than short-term fixes. Team members work in a supportive environment that values empathy, professional growth, and high-quality care.

The coach will collaborate with clinicians, families, schools, and employers to promote understanding and inclusion, and may contribute to workshops or psychoeducational sessions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress, adjusting coaching plans, and participating in team meetings and case discussions. The role also includes contributing to service development and upholding safeguarding and ethical practice standards.
