Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role based in the East London Area, United Kingdom working from our South Woodford clinic. The Client Services Administrator will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients by managing appointments, addressing inquiries, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, handling financial transactions, coordinating schedules, and offering exceptional customer service to all clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Client Services and Customer Service skills to provide outstanding support and enhance client satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills for professional email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
- Experience with Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, record keeping, and documentation
- Basic Finance skills to process payments and assist with billing or invoicing tasks
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Experience in a healthcare or mental health environment is an advantage and is desirable
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus
