Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role based in the East London Area, United Kingdom working from our South Woodford clinic. The Client Services Administrator will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients by managing appointments, addressing inquiries, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining client records
- Handling financial transactions
- Coordinating schedules
- Offering exceptional customer service to all clients and team members
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Client Services and Customer Service skills to provide outstanding support and enhance client satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills for professional email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
- Experience with Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, record keeping, and documentation
- Basic Finance skills to process payments and assist with billing or invoicing tasks
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Experience in a healthcare or mental health environment is an advantage and is desirable
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus
