We value professional integrity, continuous learning and a person-centred approach.

The Role:

We are able to offer an opening for an outstanding Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. You will work with children and/or adults and families, on-site and online. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assessments and treatment to children and/or adults, and their families as part of our team. Your work will reflect your interests, passions, preferences, and competencies.

You will offer assessments and interventions including the following:

  • Be a part of our neuro developmental assessments and post diagnostic support
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide individual therapy and track progress over time
  • Keep accurate clinical records
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and take part in case discussions
  • Contribute to service improvement

What we looking for:

  • A compassionate, and experienced Clinical Psychologist who ideally has experience of community based practice and working with high profile clients
  • A Clinical Psychologist who wishes to grow their private practice as part of the thriving clinic
  • A recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology (doctorate or equivalent) and HCPC registration, or eligibility to register
  • A strong foundation in psychology and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Confidence in psychological testing: selecting, administering, scoring and interpreting standardised measures
  • Experience across diverse groups, including children, adolescents and adults
  • Experience of providing clinical supervision to trainees or other mental health professionals
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, with a firm commitment to non-discriminatory, client-centred practice
  • The ability to work collaboratively and manage a varied caseload responsibly
  • Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings is essential. Additional training in CBT, third wave therapies, systemic therapy or trauma-informed approaches is an advantage.

What we offer:

  • A neuro-affirming team that shares your values
  • Genuine multidisciplinary working
  • Administrative and clinical support
  • High clinical standards, backed by supportive colleagues
  • A mix of on-site and online work in London
