Are you an experienced operational leader who’s passionate about delivering outstanding care and support? We’re looking for a Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of supported living services across the Lincoln, Doncaster, and Norwich areas.
You’ll be responsible for the financial and operational performance of multiple services — ensuring high-quality support, effective team leadership, and compliance with CQC standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real difference every day.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage services across several locations, ensuring excellence in care delivery
- Oversee profit & loss (P&L) for each service, meeting financial KPIs
- Ensure full compliance with the CQC Single Assessment Framework
- Recruit, develop, and support a team of 30+ support staff
- Manage rotas, staffing, and service performance
- Foster a positive culture that values wellbeing, collaboration, and accountability
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Clinical colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Engage with commissioners to develop and grow services in your region

- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership or operations management role within social care
- Minimum Level 4 qualification in Leadership or Management
- Strong understanding of supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
- Proven experience managing budgets, rotas, and multidisciplinary teams
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
