Our client is continuing to expand and is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the launch and growth of well recognised household brands across various European markets, alongside other international markets, while also supporting and developing an established UK partnership portfolio.
The Role
As part of the Key Accounts Team within Operations, you’ll support the onboarding, delivery and long-term success of premium clients and partners. This includes a range of well recognised household brands across the UK and internationally. You’ll consistently look to exceed expectations by proactively identifying opportunities for growth and additional revenue across both existing partnerships and new prospects. Delivering outstanding service and ensuring contractual commitments are met will be central to the role, with a strong focus on helping every partner achieve sustainable growth.
In this newly created position, you will:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular reviews and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, driving long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Manage and develop relationships across the UK and international portfolio of a well recognised household brand, focusing on performance, loyalty and service excellence.
- Work collaboratively with partners and internal teams to design and deliver initiatives that increase engagement and product uptake.
- Partner with global teams to establish long-term, collaborative relationships that create shared value.
- Apply broad commercial and industry knowledge—including marketing, technical, data and operational insight—to advise partners and meet day-to-day requirements.
- Lead and contribute confidently in client meetings, sharing updates on performance, products and market insights.
- Analyse data and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Respond quickly and effectively to client queries, coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Produce performance reports and actionable insights for senior stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal teams to encourage collaboration and overcome challenges.
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences to build networks and maintain sector awareness.
- Ensure all partnership agreements are delivered in line with contractual commitments.
- Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to shape and deliver growth strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
- A confident, proactive and self-motivated professional with the ability to deliver against clear objectives.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with proven success driving growth through new and existing partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Socially confident, able to move seamlessly between informal discussions and senior-level meetings.
- Comfortable acting as a key representative of our client and its partnerships.
- Previous experience in a client or partner management role.
- Strong understanding of the product offering and wider market landscape.
