We’re hiring a B2B Growth Marketer to own content, outreach and pipeline building for one of our clients, a specialist OT cybersecurity business. You’ll get a competitive base salary, coaching from an experienced LinkedIn specialist, and the freedom to shape the playbook yourself. On top of that, you’ll earn an uncapped revenue share on the work you help win.
The role
Our client helps industrial organisations complete IEC 62443 risk assessments. The expertise and service are in place. Your job is to build their presence, get them in front of the right buyers and turn interest into paid work.
The buyers are specific and technical: OT cybersecurity and engineering teams at industrial asset owners, consultancies, systems integrators and engineering firms. Success here comes from relevance and precision, not volume for its own sake.
What you’d do
- Plan and create content that builds credibility with technical buyers, including LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies, lead magnets and webinars, working with our designer and the client’s technical experts
- Run LinkedIn-led campaigns across company page and founder profile , with outreach and paid where it makes sense
- Research and identify the right prospects: people and organisations with a real need for OT cyber risk assessment
- Run personalised outreach across LinkedIn and email, and turn replies into qualified conversations
- Build and manage the pipeline from first touch through to qualified sales calls, keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
- Use what you learn to sharpen targeting, messaging and content
- Work directly alongside our founder, with coaching and regular feedback from an experienced LinkedIn specialist
What we’re looking for
- 2–3+ years’ experience in B2B content, outreach or growth
- Experience creating content that supports sales, not just reach
- A track record of personalised outreach that turned into booked calls
- Organised and process-driven: you keep your pipeline tidy and never let a lead slip
- Precise and accurate: you won’t overclaim to get a meeting
- Comfortable marketing to technical buyers, and quick to learn a specialist subject
- Open to feedback, and able to work independently without step‑step guidance
- Based in or near Birmingham, or willing to relocate, and happy working from our Jewellery Quarter office full‑time
Bonus if you’ve marketed cybersecurity, industrial, engineering or technical B2B products, though no cyber background is required.
You’ll get ongoing coaching, so you don’t need to have done all of this before, but you do need to have done some of it, and be confident filling in the gaps.
