Your passion for Elemis will drive greater awareness of the Brand along with the use of internal and external promotional activity. Your organisation, attention to detail and leadership skills will ensure that the Company standards are always maintained, through the delivery of an exceptional Elemis journey for each client. Contract Type: Permanent Weekly Hours: 37.5 Responsibilities: Sales Drive sales proactively and enthusiastically, meeting and exceeding targets. Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients about products and treatments. Participate in promotional and PR activities to ensure success. Assist in recording sales figures and stock levels accurately. Customer Service Perform treatments punctually and to high standards, aiming for repeat bookings. Ensure treatments are appropriate and consider medical contraindications. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the counter and treatment areas. Handle client complaints promptly and confidentially. The Perfect Candidate Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 2 minimum or equivalent. CIDESCO certification is highly desirable. Experience in retail/store roles within the industry. Proven sales record and practical treatment experience.
