The Senior Marketing Project Manager Fixed Term Contract plays a key leadership role within the Marketing Operations team, responsible for overseeing the execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns from concept to post-implementation, briefing to completion. This role ensures marketing initiatives align with business goals and are delivered efficiently, with accountability and close communication across departments.

This is a 12–14 month fixed-term opportunity, providing experienced project leadership across a busy portfolio of marketing activity. The successful candidate will quickly establish strong stakeholder relationships, maintain delivery momentum across key initiatives, and bring proven experience managing complex marketing workflows within a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead planning and execution of high-visibility and high-value marketing projects including new product launches, brand partnerships, omni-channel campaigns and key seasonality activity.
  • Partner closely with global brand, creative, digital and production teams to develop integrated campaign strategies and ensure alignment on deliverables and milestones.
  • Develop best-in‑class project management practices, tools and workflows to improve speed, efficiency and output quality.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources and budgets, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks and resolving them to keep projects on track.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders, influencing decision‑making and ensuring alignment across functional teams.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring seamless project delivery from concept through execution.
  • Line manage a team of Project Managers, supporting and guiding them on projects as required as well as nurturing professional growth and development.
  • Lead the gifting and packaging project portfolio, providing direction, support and prioritisation to the Gifting & Packaging Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of key business initiatives.
  • Create project plans and key documents for medium and longer‑lead projects, using resource information and managing projects based on this. Ensuring alignment with brief goals and expectations, with brief owner and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance to deliver accurate forecasting and budget tracking and management for each project, as well as ensuring effective use of budgets and resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Marketing Operations processes, identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working and enhance delivery effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Creative Integrated Producer to align cross‑functional teams, mitigate risks and maintain momentum across key initiatives, balancing creative excellence with operational efficiency and on‑time delivery.
  • Support ownership and optimisation of project management and resource planning tools, including Float and Jira, driving adoption, onboarding and continuous improvement to ensure effective resource allocation, project visibility and team efficiency.
  • Support the rollout, embedding and ongoing evolution of project management and resource planning processes, ensuring teams are effectively onboarded and equipped to adopt new ways of working.
  • Support the delivery of the Marketing Operations roadmap, contributing project management expertise, delivery insights and operational recommendations to support business objectives.

What You will Bring:

  • 7-10+ years of marketing project management experience, preferably within skincare or beauty.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional marketing projects within a fast‑paced consumer, retail, beauty or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing delivery across digital, retail, e‑commerce and brand channels.
