  • Coordinate brief submissions for packaging and gifting projects, ensuring requirements are fully captured ahead of assigning to creative, production, and supplier teams.
  • Collaborate with in-house design and packaging design teams, managing the creative process from initial concept through 4-6 rounds of reviews with senior stakeholders to final approval.

  • Partner with finance to deliver accurate forecasting, cost tracking, and budget management for packaging projects, ensuring effective use of budget and resources.
  • Develop and use internal project management tools to monitor progress, track milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when required to ensure packaging projects remain on track.
  • Communicate plans and updates clearly to cross-functional teams and manage the approval process with key stakeholders (marketing, creative, operations, and product development).
  • Collaborate daily with Creative, Production, and Supply Chain teams to manage approvals, resolve production challenges, and ensure packaging is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.
  • Liaise with external packaging vendors to manage briefs, artwork approvals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment on packaging deliverables, timelines, and goals.
  • Strive to continuously improve planning, workflows, and processes related to packaging development, recommending enhancements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness at the highest level.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within skincare, beauty, or consumer goods, with a focus on packaging, gifting, or product launches.
