We are currently looking for a Post Producer to lead and deliver post-production across stills and motion projects. Acting as a bridge between Project Managers and the Creative teams, the Post Producer will ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brand and within agreed budgets. They will manage post-production workflows, schedules, resources, and external partners, working closely with editors, retouchers, post houses, and creative agencies where required, while ensuring all creative output aligns with the brief and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end post-production across stills and motion projects, from initial briefing through to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clearly communicating critical paths, timelines, budgets, progress updates, and delivery milestones throughout post-production.
- Build, manage, and maintain detailed post-production schedules across multiple shoots and workstreams, partnering closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with shoot deliverables and brand vision.
- Resource, brief and collaborate with agents, post houses, editors, colourists, VFX, and sound artists while building and maintaining a high-calibre talent database.
- Own feedback and approval processes, managing amends and detailed retouching notes with creative stakeholders, while overseeing all post-production workflows across editing, retouching, colour grading, sound and VFX.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest creative and technical standards.
- Oversee asset archiving across multiple platforms, implementing best practices in file management, formats, naming conventions, and project handovers.
- Provide retouch support for ad hoc business requirements as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and refine post-production workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and visual trends relevant to beauty content.
- 3-5 years of creative post-production experience (in-house or agency), preferably within skincare or beauty.
- Proven experience delivering post-production across all mediums.
- Strong understanding of retail and digital marketing channels including campaigns, ecommerce, social media, email, paid ads, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organisational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, leading on both small and large-scale productions.
