As a Retail Sales Consultant at ELEMIS, you’ll drive retail performance through exceptional client engagement, expert product knowledge, and a highly personalised, consultative approach. You’ll create elevated, results-focused retail experiences that build long‑term client loyalty and maximise every sales opportunity. Using your skincare expertise and ELEMIS consultation tools, you’ll confidently guide clients to the right products and routines for their individual needs. You’ll play an important role in growing a strong and engaged client base—ensuring every interaction supports conversion, retention, KPI achievement, and brand advocacy, while bringing the ELEMIS brand to life in a premium retail environment.
