Due to internal progression, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations Team to oversee the planning, execution and completion of cross-functional marketing campaigns from brief to handover. They’ll be responsible for setting timelines, managing resources, tracking progress, and communicating with department stakeholders. Ensuring briefs and marketing objectives are met in the most efficient, organised and cost-effective way possible. The ideal candidate has a passion for skincare, strong organisational skills and thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Create project plans and key documents for medium and longer lead projects, using resource information, and managing projects based on this. Ensure alignment with brief goals and expectations.
- Coordinate brief submissions for global brand marketing, ensuring all detail is captured ahead of assigning to project teams.
- Partner with finance to deliver accurate forecasting and budget tracking and management for each project, as well ensuring effective use of budget and creative resource.
- Developing and using our internal project management tool to manage and deliver all projects and communicating project information and status updates.
- Troubleshooting issues and escalating when required.
- Communicating plans to project teams clearly and effectively and managing the approval process with key stakeholders and brief owners.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep teams on track and ensure accountability.
- Collaborate daily with Creative Integrated Production to solve production challenges, manage approvals, and maintain flow between creative and cross-functional teams, ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including global brand marketing, creative, social, digital marketing, product development to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and goals.
- Act as a liaison between creative and marketing stakeholders to ensure timely feedback, approvals, and high-quality outputs.
- Strive to constantly improve planning, processes and procedures required to deliver content and make recommendations to senior members of the team, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level.
About You

- 3-5 years of marketing project management experience, preferably within skincare or beauty.
- Strong understanding of retail and digital marketing channels including campaigns, social media, email, paid ads, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in project management and digital asset management tools.
- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
