Key Responsibilities
- Pop‐up training/education events
- Treatment operations
- Education event operations
- Delivery‐focused SOPs and playbooks
- Operational system ownership
Education Delivery & Event Operations
- Lead end‐to‐end operations for pop‐up training events
- Lead operations for other education events as required
- Coordinate venues, logistics, equipment, and trainers
- Ensure delivery plans align with brand and education standards
- Standardise event operations and training processes
- Act as escalation point during live training and events
- Identify improvements to reduce delivery friction and risk
- Develop and maintain delivery‐related SOPs and playbooks
Treatment Operations
- Lead treatment operations globally
- Confirm treatments, protocols, and materials are correct
- Identify and resolve operational risks
- Ensure treatment costings are up to date for all currencies
- Develop SOPs for all treatments and hygiene processes
- Continuously review and uphold treatment, hygiene, and consent processes, working in partnership with Operations Managers to ensure standards are consistently followed across spa and retail environments.
Systems Ownership
- Own the operational use of the Canfield system
- Ensure data is accurate and fit for delivery purposes
- Own Service Now for logging of equipment and warranties
Equipment & Repairs
- Own equipment repair and maintenance coordination
- Implement new equipment to be introduced for treatment and ensure we have all manufacturer instructions and guidance
- Work with content team to provide a comprehensive guide for staff on how the machine works and safety instructions
- Liaise with regulatory bodies when needed to ensure global compliance of equipment
- Liaise with Customer Care regarding repair cases
- Track repairs, replacements, and operational readiness
- Ensure equipment availability for events and training
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong background in education, treatment, training or events operations
- Excellent logistics and planning skills
- Confident managing complex delivery environments
- Strong problem‐solving and documentation capability
- Tech‐savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Hybrid work: 3 days at the head office each week and a day at the training academy each month. The rest of the working hours are completed from home. Candidates should have a reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
- Travel: Travel to London, to the head office and academy, as well as flagship locations for conferences and meetings, will be required.
- Overnight Travel: Some overnight travel may be necessary for attending events, conferences, or supporting onsite educational activities.
