Description
To support the Head of Spa and Salon in achieving set KPI’s and objectives. Groups and key account managers will oversee and enhance relationships with our key spa groups and accounts. This pivotal role involves developing tailored strategies to meet spa’s needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth within the spa and salon sector.
What Will You Do?
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with the account leadership team for key spas and group accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customized account plans to meet client objectives and drive mutual business growth.
- The Key Groups and Account Manager: Retain responsibility for the overall strategy, account development, and marketing initiatives across these accounts, ensuring alignment with wider business goals and long-term growth plans.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services and products, contributing to revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Field Visits & Relationship Building: Attend site visits alongside the Spa Business Partners as required, particularly where strategic discussions or development opportunities are involved.
- Support to Head of Spa & Salon Sales: Act as a key support to the Head of Spa and Salon Sales, contributing to the achievement of defined KPIs and strategic business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in partnership with internal departments such as Marketing, Education, and Supply Chain to deliver seamless service and impactful activations across spa and salon accounts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on account performance, ensuring objectives are met and identifying areas for growth or improvement.
- Market Share: Negotiate commercial conditions and terms with Spa partners, to ensure we remain competitive, successful and profitable within each business, in-line with company policies.

- Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS – Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars
The Perfect Candidate
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in account management or sales within the spa, salon, or wellness industry.
- Skills:
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
- Retail experience within the same industry
- Elemis treatment and product knowledge
- Knowledge of the Elemis Company philosophy
