ELEMIS have created a brand new role in our Paid Media team to support our growth! We are seeking a commercially savvy and data-driven Global Paid Social Executive to help support and execute our global Paid Marketing strategy. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and brand visibility for the Elemis D2C website through high-performing, insight-led social campaigns.

You will be primarily responsible for the execution and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns and collaborating with the wider Paid Media team to ensure a seamless and effective delivery of campaigns across channels including Meta and TikTok primarily, with additional support in Reddit, Pinterest, Amazon, and/or Google if needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimise Paid Social campaigns in line with the global paid marketing strategy and performance targets.
  • Support the delivery of the global paid marketing strategy through high-quality campaign set‑up, optimisation, and ongoing performance management.
  • Support the Paid Social Leads with the execution and optimisation of campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest.
  • Support affiliate and paid search activity, including campaign execution, performance monitoring, and optimisation where required.
  • Monitor performance on a daily and weekly basis, identifying optimisation opportunities and feeding insights back to the Paid Social Lead.
  • Analyse performance and support reporting on results and ROI across multiple markets.
  • Leverage data and insights to improve campaign efficiency, budget allocation, and overall performance.
  • Support testing across audiences, creatives, targeting, and campaign structures, implementing learnings to improve results.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce, analytics, CRM, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Support forecasting, budget tracking, and campaign pacing to ensure activity remains aligned to targets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Agency or in‑house experience in paid media, with hands‑on, in‑platform Paid Social experience.
  • Proven experience setting up, managing, and optimising Paid Social campaigns with a strong understanding of performance drivers and KPIs.
  • Comfortable being accountable for the return on substantial (six‑figure) marketing budgets.
  • Experience supporting Paid Search, Amazon, and/or Affiliate activity is a nice to have, but not essential.
  • Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, BI platforms, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear actions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
