What Will You Do?
Deliver best in class education, provide a high level of hands‑on technique and treatment training, be a PRO Master in Elemis product knowledge, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in any environment.
Responsibilities explained
- Collaborate with the training team to elevate the standard of Elemis treatments and Spa experience.
- Represent the Brand to a high standard in all work situations.
- Deliver all core curriculum, both theoretical and practical, in person and digitally via streaming.
- Set up and deliver on‑site training at key accounts.
- Adapt training to the needs and recommend bespoke learning pathways.
- Provide hands‑on training for spa services, including skincare, massage techniques, and other related services.
- Instruct on the use of specialised equipment.
- Evaluate and assess the competency of the Spa therapist to attain certification.
- Offer constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Reach the level of a PRO Elemis Master in your own training.
- Educate learners on the features and benefits of all Elemis product franchises.
- Educate learners on the use and benefits of all Elemis professional only products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
- Deliver training on excellent customer service, client communication, and maintain a positive client experience.
- Create a 5‑star level of training and memorable experiences for our learners.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications / Experience
- Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, including facial and body electrical.
- CIDESCO qualification highly desirable.
- Passionate about the beauty and spa industry.
- Teacher training qualification highly desirable.
- Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
- Training experience within the beauty industry desirable.
- General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Skills and Competencies
- Patient and encouraging in the training environment.
- Adaptable to the diverse learning styles of spa and beauty professionals.
- Social Media training and experience highly desirable.
- Self‑motivated, organised with strong attention to detail.
- Competent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience working within a team environment, building positive business partnerships.
- Ability to listen and understand needs of others, translating those needs into elevated education.
- In‑depth knowledge of beauty and spa services, products, and industry trends.
- Ability to demonstrate and teach practical spa and beauty services.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa and beauty industry.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- This position requires some work from home days; candidates should have a reliable home office setup with access to a stable internet connection.
- Travel: Based in the North Yorkshire area you will cover Lancashire, Durham, Cumberland, Northumberland & The North when visiting Spa and Salon locations. Expected to travel at least one week a month. Occasional travel to London and other locations for conferences and meetings is required.
- Overnight Travel: Overnight travel will be necessary for attending training, events, conferences, or supporting onsite educational activities.
