To lead the development and execution of UK Ecommerce marketing plans for pure players, while supporting campaign activation across ELEMIS.com and Amazon UK, in line with the Global Marketing strategy and NPD/Seasonal calendar. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, consumer‑centric marketing activity across the UK Ecommerce landscape. The role brings strong commercial acumen to marketing planning and activation, ensuring campaigns are aligned to commercial priorities, channel dynamics and performance KPIs, while maintaining brand consistency and a digital‑first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align with UK and Global Marketing strategies for NPD launches, seasonal moments and key campaigns, localising plans for the UK market in line with regional insights, data, and commercial and brand objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of the Pure Player Ecommerce Marketing strategy, contributing to achieving budgeted sales, traffic and conversion targets across pure player partners.
  • Act as the primary marketing point‑of‑contact for pure player partners and key internal stakeholders, planning, negotiating and securing exposure for ELEMIS across third‑party owned channels.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end development of Pure Player Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Trade Marketing Calendars, informing campaign briefs, seasonal plans and content requirements to drive acquisition and retention across digital touchpoints.
  • Oversee the execution of day‑to‑day Pure Player marketing activation, working cross‑functionally with the wider UK Marketing team and Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager to ensure best‑in‑class delivery, optimisation and post‑campaign analysis of campaigns and brand launches.
  • Be a strong Ecommerce voice internally, contributing to channel‑specific creative and content requirements, and partnering cross‑functionally with Global Marketing, Creative, Commercial, Finance and Operations to deliver timely GTM activity aligned to KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with National Account Managers to align marketing investments and activations with commercial priorities, supporting ROI and channel growth, and contributing to strategy meetings, creative planning sessions from a marketing perspective.
  • Support Snr Ecommerce Marketing Manager (SEMM) with campaign activation for ELEMIS.com, ensuring timely, on‑brand and performance‑driven execution across onsite and digital touchpoints.
  • Own marketing campaign activation for Amazon in close collaboration with the Amazon Account Manager, aligning marketing plans with commercial priorities, key retail moments and Amazon best practices.
  • Support UK business objectives by ensuring strong and consistent brand representation across Ecommerce channels, maintaining a digital‑first mindset, maximising brand storytelling opportunities and supporting cross‑channel alignment to minimise conflict.
  • With support from the SEMM, take ownership of Pure Player marketing budgets, including forecasting channel spend and managing monthly trackers across A& P investment, FOC and promotional sampling costs, with clear reporting into Finance at month‑end.
  • Keep abreast of competitor launches, GWPs and marketing activity across pure player partners, sharing insights internally to inform planning, optimisation and competitive advantage.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Solid marketing experience with a strong understanding of digital, CRM, and social media channels.
  • Proven ability to deliver best‑in‑class activations through trade marketing calendars and external partnerships.
  • Experience managing external agencies to achieve both sales and marketing objectives.
  • Skilled at working in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with confidence in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable ideas.
  • Creative yet commercially minded, with experience optimising ROI and applying learnings to future campaigns.
  • Demonstrated strength in campaign and project management, maintaining organisation and composure under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with strong problem‑solving abilities, high personal standards, and a passion for marketing and consumer engagement.
