Work as part of the UK E-commerce team to create a consumer-and-product driven E-commerce strategy for ELEMIS brand, Elemis.com UK, to be the No.1 destination for Skin Wellness products, advice and experiences in ELEMIS’ UK home market.

What Will You Do?

  • Support the delivery of elemis.com budget and P&L which has been approved alongside the E-commerce Team.
  • Provide support to the Elemis.com team with a focus on content and day-to-day operations to ensure the delivery of campaigns and overall site performance.
  • Support the E-commerce Manager in planning onsite content based on Marketing Calendar and trading priorities.
  • Create all content (products, campaign) in CMS to support launch campaign on schedule.
  • Support Trading personalised experiences to increase conversion rate.
  • Assist in ongoing improvements of customer journey and overall digital customer experience from site to delivery.
  • Assist in management of the on-site tools and technology.
  • Work with Online Trading Executive to support the day-to-day delivery.
  • Partner with Customer Service to ensure ongoing communication of site elements, functionality, and content.
  • Address issues as they arise.
  • Assist with SEO optimisation (title tags, meta descriptions, clean-up of backlinks, agency recommendations).
  • Assist with publishing all blogs content and support the onsite content tasks required by the SEO agency.
  • Assist in the implementation of SEO related changes and recommendations.
  • Support the E-commerce Manager on all SEO tasks related.
  • Put together creative briefs for onsite content to support launches or seasonal campaigns.
  • Support the digital needs of the omni-channel business.
  • Support content creation.
  • Work with the team to manage site content development briefing and build including campaign delivery and blog content.
  • Plan weekly onsite content go-live with the support of the E-commerce Manager.
  • General analysis and reporting on content and functionality performance using CMS, Content Square, and Google Analytics GA4 to track versus targets and historical data.
  • Summarise and leverage learnings to suggest further improvements based on data and insights.

What We Need From You

  • Educated to degree level with specific direct marketing and web qualifications.
  • Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
  • Solid experience of working in a fast-moving Ecommerce business.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within an online marketing department preferably gained in a similar industry.
  • Experience using Magneto 2 would be preferable.
  • Experience using Content Square or similar would be preferable.
  • Premium Brand experience preferable.
  • Solid background in Digital Marketing / Ecommerce, with solid experience in working for a brand with a focus on DTC.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Passionate, with a collaborative nature and can-do approach.
  • Able to work at pace and under time pressure.
  • Experience in a digital-led company to be able to work under changing conditions and demonstrate agility and adaptability.
