As a Retail Therapist at ELEMIS, you’ll deliver exceptional treatment experiences while driving retail performance through expert consultation, product knowledge, and meaningful client connections. What You Will Do

Who You Are
- Passionate about skincare, treatments, and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Qualified in Beauty Therapy (Level 2 or equivalent preferred)
- Experienced in luxury retail, spa, or treatment environments
- Confident in consultative selling and building personalised recommendations
- Proven ability to build a loyal client base and drive repeat business
- A strong communicator with a natural talent for building genuine relationships
- Comfortable using (or excited to learn) skincare technology
- Results-driven, with pride in achieving targets and contributing to team success
