Description
As part of the growing EMEA Commercial division, the Sales Coordinator Executive will act as the supporting link within the EMEA Commercial Team, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support to drive ELEMISâ international growth. Working across multiple regions, this role plays a key part in coordinating new market launches, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring commercial processes run smoothly and efficiently.
You will support the team in planning, reporting, and delivering against commercial objectives â maintaining trackers, managing communications, and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills, coupled with a proactive, âcan-doâ attitude. This is a permanent, full time position, 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working, London (Baker Street) head office.
What Will You Do?
- Maintain and update commercial trackers, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Consolidate and analyse sales data from international distributors and retailers.
- Coordinate new market launches including timelines, samples, and order tracking.
- Act as the first point of contact for dayâtoâday distributor queries and followâups.
- Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to align market plans.
- Assist with market research, competitive tracking, and business opportunity analysis.
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the EMEA Commercial Team, ensuring deadlines are met and activities run smoothly.
- Manage CRM records to ensure all distributor and account data is accurate and up to date.
- Support with the preparation and distribution of commercial documents, presentations, and contracts.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis across regions to assess and strengthen ELEMISâ positioning.
- Assist with lead management and ensure all opportunities are tracked, followed up, and logged.
- Represent ELEMIS at internal and external meetings, ensuring professionalism and brand integrity at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge, supporting others, and promoting a culture of mutual respect.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by management to support the success of the EMEA Commercial Division.
- Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contributing to the short and longâterm Sustainability Goals setâforth by the ELEMIS â Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars.
