Description
Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Executive will work to deliver our roadmap for Elemis.com, striving to elevate the customer journey and support our positioning as the No.1 destination for Skin wellness products, advice and experiences. With a particular focus on content management, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to bring campaigns to life on-time and to standard across elemis.com, managing the integrity of our landing pages and optimising performance.
What Will You Do?
- Support the E-commerce Manager in planning onsite content based on Marketing Calendar and trading priorities.
- Upload all content (products, campaigns) in our CMS to support launch campaigns on schedule – elevating our customer journey.
- Support the Elemis.com team with a focus on content management to ensure the delivery of campaigns and overall site performance.
- Plan weekly onsite content go-live with the support of the E-commerce Manager.
- General analysis and reporting on content and functionality performance, using both the CMS, Content Square and Google Analytics GA4 to track versus targets and historical data.
- Work hand-in-hand with our E-commerce trading team to deliver personalised experiences to increase conversion rate.
- Assist in ongoing improvements of customer journey and overall digital customer experience from site to delivery.
- Assist in management of the on-site tools and technology.
- Partner with Customer Service to ensure ongoing communication of site elements, functionality, and content. Address issues as they arise.
- Assist with SEO optimisation (title tags, meta descriptions, clean-up of backlinks, agency recommendations).
- Assist with publishing all blogs content and support the onsite content tasks required by the SEO agency.
- Assist in the implementation of SEO related changes and recommendations.
- Support the E-commerce Manager on all SEO tasks related.
- Put together creative briefs for onsite content to support launches or seasonal campaigns.
- Support the digital needs of the omni-channel business.
- Work with the team to manage site content development briefing and build including campaign delivery and blog content.
- Summarise and leverage learnings to suggest further improvements based on data and insights.
What we are looking for:
- Solid background in Ecommerce, with solid experience in working for a consumer goods brand with a focus on DTC.
- Accuracy: operates with genuine care, applies strong attention to detail, able to audit and spot opportunities to improve the quality of work.
- Time Management: able to manage competing priorities, strong regard for preparation, self-manages workflows and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Management: strong relationship builder, operates collaboratively across multiple teams and various levels, able to influence and manage expectations of others.
- Data and insights: skilled in analysing data sets and applying insight with actionable recommendations, identifies opportunities, challenges through data, and utilises metrics and considers performance in all actions.
- Tools: experience using Content Square or similar would be preferable. Experience using CMS platform such as Sanity a plus.
- Problem solving: navigates problems with logic and process, can bring solutions, and applies learnings.
- Thrives in change: able to adapt to change swiftly and with positivity, not deterred by ambiguity.
