The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This role will be responsible for the production of creative marketing content, shoots and beyond. Acting as a bridge between Project Managers and Creative teams to deliver assets on time, on brand, within the budget set and to all specs required. They will coordinate resource, locations, talent, work with creative and production agencies where needed, manage timelines and ensure creative is delivered to brief and to brand guidelines set.
What Will You Do?
- Manage end-to-end production of integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects including stills, video, social, digital and in-store assets. From project brief to delivery of assets.
- Collaborate daily with Project Managers to solve production challenges, manage approvals, and maintain flow between creative and cross-functional teams, ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget.
- Manage all aspects of shoot production logistics from locations, team, product, travel and accommodation.
- Build foundational workflows that support production efficiency, improve collaboration, and ensure visibility across projects whilst striving to simplify communications and processes.
- Build a strong pool of freelance talent across photography, video, design and post-production whilst continuing to develop and build on the database for go-to resource requirements.
- Partner with design, art direction, copy and brand marketing teams to bring concepts to life ensuring the needs of each creative brief are being met.
- Ensuring any tailored content requirements across channels are captured at kick-off.
- Develop pre-production checklists from budget approvals, bookings, confirmed shot lists, location logistics and requirements of claims to be reviewed.
- Troubleshoot production challenges with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
- Optimize workflows and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and quality, building a view on team capacity with ongoing and incoming works.
- Work closely with Project Managers on spend tracking and budget considerations throughout each project, raising any risks ahead.
- With Project Managers, set-up and run cross-team status syncs developing an ideal cadence to keep productions aligned on resources and free from blockers.
- Stay up-to-date and make recommendations on production trends, best practices and tools.
The Perfect Candidate
- 3-5 years of creative production experience (in-house or agency), preferably within skincare or beauty.
- Proven experience producing content across all mediums.
- Strong understanding of retail and digital marketing channels including campaigns, social media, email, paid ads, and influencer marketing.
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organisational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, leading on both small and large-scale productions.
- Passion for skincare, beauty trends and wellness.
